Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Understand and explain medical products, devices, or services in a simplified and accurate manner Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving usage issues related to our healthcare solutions Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, medical experts) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases with relevant information Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and best practices (if applicable) Handle sensitive medical data with confidentiality and care Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or other Healthcare-related field Prior experience in customer service or patient-facing roles is preferred Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to understand and explain medical concepts clearly to non-medical customers Empathy, patience, and active listening skills Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have any hands-on or professional experience related to healthcare or medical services? Position: Assistant Professor – Operations & Production Location: Doon Business School, Selaqui Industrial Area, Dehradun, Uttarakhand Role Summary & Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Operations Management and Production, including: Production planning, control, and scheduling Quality management (Six Sigma, TQM, Lean) Supply chain & logistics fundamentals Operations strategy & process optimization Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration Design and deliver dynamic lectures, tutorials, case studies, simulations, and projects.
